due to each collection being limited we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at the moment.

if an error is made during shipment on our end, we will make the correction. once your package is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. you will be updated with full tracking information once your parcel has been handed to the courier. any shipping queries or issues please refer to our shipping guide.

due to the nature and materials of this product each bag is unique and print will differ from the model images shown or advertised on social media. please refer to ‘fabric care’ guide for all information relating to this.
